Waste Analyst
We are currently looking to recruit a Waste Analyst to work in our test centre based in Rotherham. The main role is to hand sort household black bag waste. This can be a dirty job that needs to be undertaken efficiently and accurately.
Candidates must be reliable, motivated, practical and willing to get their hands dirty! This role is on a temporary basis initially for up to four weeks. Wages will be paid weekly at £298.00 for 37.25 hours, starting January 2012 to March 2012.

Senior Waste Analyst
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Waste Analyst to work in our waste department, duties will include; undertaking collection and analysis of waste samples, daily management of our test centre, record keeping, data entry and report writing. The position will be predominantly based in our test centre in Rotherham where the majority of the hand sorting is undertaken. There is a requirement to stay away from home on average 3/4 times a month; a full UK driving licence is essential, as is the ability to drive a Luton box van, for vehicle insurance purposes applicants must be 23 years of age or over.
The work we carry out in our test centre helps our clients improve their knowledge and understanding of different waste streams and plant processes. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a career in the environment or waste industry.
Ideally the candidates will be educated to HND or degree level in a science or environmental subject. You must be reliable, motivated and practical, have good organisational skills and be able to lead a small friendly team, above all you must be willing to get your hands dirty!
Starting salary will be £20,000 per year, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
