Plant site layouts and costings

Despite its crucial role in modern life waste treatment facilities are often pushed out to the edge of our towns. Even if you can afford to build a state of the art MRF or composting facility, the chances are the only plot available is a funny wedge of land stuck between an old landfill site, a main commuter line and an SSSI. Waste Research Limited are experienced at arranging plant site layouts that are operationally viable and that fit into available footprints.

We develop plant site layouts for all of the waste management installations that are required, including, Material Recovery Facilities, Transfer Loading Stations, Mechanical Biological Treatment plants, Composting plants, Anaerobic Digestion facilities and Household Waste Recycling Centres. Our AutoCAD drafting team will produce layouts from initial concept drawings to modifications of existing plans as projects evolve. The engineering drawings that we produce are suitable for all planning applications and presentations.

We can provide both CAPEX and OPEX for most applications including capital costs covering building and civil works, mechanical and electrical works and operating costs for complete process systems.
